What is Acalla Jewellery’s shipping policy?
At Acalla Jewellery, we strive to offer quick and reliable shipping. We offer worldwide shipping with standard and expedited options available.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before being shipped.
  • Shipping Time (estimate): Delivery times vary depending on your location. Shipping from Finland to: 
  • Finland: 2-5 business days with Posti 
  • Europe: 7 business days 
  • USA: 2-3 weeks
  • Australia or New Zealand: 2-3 weeks
  • Other: UPS shipping required - 2-5 business days 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

 

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on your location. 

Can I track my order?

Our default shipping method with Finnish post does not include a tracking number when shipping to other countries. UPS comes with tracking. 

Finnish orders include a tracking number from Posti. Please make sure to add your phone number when ordering. 

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, undamaged items. Please note the following:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
